Mind2Mind is a meditation app for private practice, synchronized group sessions, circles, and reflection. It helps people pause together, practice presence together, and bring intention into moments of stillness, whether they are meditating alone or with others across the world.

What can I do in the app?

Why synchronized meditation?

Synchronized meditation gives people a shared moment to pause. The goal is not to claim that one session changes the world. The value is simpler: shared timing can create connection, shared intention can deepen focus, and reflection can help people notice what changes within them.

Do I need to be experienced at meditation?

No. Mind2Mind is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. You can begin with a private session, join a scheduled session, or simply use the app to build a more consistent practice.

Does Mind2Mind have a paid subscription?

Yes. Mind2Mind Premium will be available through the mobile app. Premium may include expanded guided meditation options, scheduled group meditation support, circle features, reflection tools, and deeper practice support.

How much does Mind2Mind Premium cost?

Current planned pricing is $14.99/month or $149.99/year. A 14-day free trial may be available when offered in the app. Final pricing, taxes, currency, and trial availability may vary by platform, region, promotional offer, or app store rules.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, open the Mind2Mind app and follow the subscription options shown there. For V1, subscriptions are handled inside the app through the platform where you subscribe, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription through the platform where you subscribed.

If you subscribed through Google Play, manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your Mind2Mind account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription through the platform where you subscribed.

Can I subscribe on the website?

Not in V1. Mind2Mind subscriptions are handled inside the mobile app. Browser-based payment may be considered later, but it is not part of the current V1 website.

Account Deletion

How do I delete my Mind2Mind account?

For security, account deletion is handled inside the Mind2Mind app after you are signed in.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the Mind2Mind app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm deletion.

After you confirm deletion, your account enters a 15-day pending deletion period. During this period, the account may be restorable according to the app's account deletion flow. After the 15-day period, eligible account data is deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Mind2Mind account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription through the platform where you subscribed.

Why can’t I delete my account from the website?

Mind2Mind handles account deletion inside the app so your identity can be verified through your signed-in account. This avoids collecting passwords or sensitive credentials on the website.

What happens after I request account deletion?

After you request deletion, your account enters a 15-day pending deletion period. During this period, the account may be restorable according to the app's account deletion flow. After the 15-day period, eligible account data is deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy.

What data may be deleted?

Eligible data may include profile information, meditation preferences, meditation history, reflection entries, emotional check-ins, circle participation records, notification preferences, and app settings connected to your account.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

What if I need help deleting my account?

Email support@mymind2mind.com from the email address connected to your Mind2Mind account and include “Account Deletion Help” in the subject line.

How do I join the newsletter?

Go to the Newsletter page and enter your email address to receive launch updates, meditation notes, product news, global meditation event invitations, and early access announcements.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletter emails?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Mind2Mind newsletter email, or visit the unsubscribe page.

Is the newsletter the same as a paid subscription?

No. Newsletter emails are separate from Mind2Mind Premium. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel a paid subscription. Canceling a paid subscription does not automatically unsubscribe you from newsletter emails.

Are newsletter emails the same as app notifications?

No. Newsletter emails are sent to your email address. App notifications are managed through the Mind2Mind app and your device settings. Turning off app notifications does not unsubscribe you from newsletter emails.
